Benedict XVI visited the Rebibbia prison located in Rome. There, he met with 300 inmates. The nature of the meeting carried emotion with it as inmates were allowed to ask the pope questions.

  • Thank you pope benedict for not forgetting the prisioners

  • Most people in jail are poor, sure theres also very bad people, but a lot just didnt have a chance in life. Its easy to judge people if you had a family and money.Nobody call a billionarie a thief,or a hollywood "it girl" a prostitute, but if they were poor they would be in jail.God bless our Pope.

  • It is so true what the prisoner said, once a criminal they are judged a criminal forever, that is not the way of forgiveness that Jesus wants us to practice. Thank you Pope Benedict for being a model for us all.

  • God bless our "papa", Benedict XVI, as well all those in most need of His mercy whether they are free or behind prison walls.
