Dude no. first of all plug your guitar into an amp. second you said it was an acoustic cover, but you are using an electric guitar....mhhhm??? that makes no sense...also it sounds like you are awake at like two in the morning and you don't want to wake your family. you were good at guitar, but stick to that; don't try to sing...some people are born with a good voice. You weren't blessed. Sorry and good luck next time.
