  • Ok when I do these it feels like I'm trying to pop my hips outta place.. oh wells, maybe I just haven't been excersizing enough. Oh yeah and this weird water substance starts coming out of my forehead.. and my heart starts to race a bit.

    I think i'm gonna have to go back to playing video games.

  • @XosmileXbriteoX I suggest you the book Convict Conditioning

    It is very helpful it toned my humerus in 1,5 month if you do everyday like 2-3 times per day.

    It can be found in pdf. file on Google.

  • @mollyxmassacree Skinny legs aren't beautiful

    Have normal and muscular legs are the most healthiest and beautiful from my point of view

    If you are skinny, you will lose tons of proteins and your muscle will just disappear

  • OKay and does this make your thighs slimmer or does it make them bulkier with muscles?

  • @fujihara12 you have to keep doing it, just doing it for a month or two and stopping isn't going to give you life long results.
