I'm an American and I am horrified by this action nukes are never nessecary some people say they deserved it don't damn the whole nation cause of there military there some of the things the Japanese military did wer uneeded but all the women children and innocent civilians

Dont forget our people went back to Japan and helped our japanese siblings rebuild. Dont forget that at this time there where many Japanese-Americans. Im not saying it wasn't a victory but it was a massacure.

It says: This is an 8mm film that show how a third of Nagasaki was destroyed by one bomb. This is very rare footage of the city soon after it was bombed. It is the first time this film has been shown to the public. The man who took the footage was Mr. Ikura he was a soldier living in Nagasaki at the time.
