Immediately after the 2007 "Conspiracy Test" documentary, Philip Van Praag teamed with fellow forensic expert Robert J. Joling, past president of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, to co-author a book about the Pruszynski recording and other key evidence in the Bobby Kennedy assassination. Joling also had appeared in "Conspiracy Test."

Van Praag's and Joling's book, "An Open And Shut Case," details their evidence proving that a second gun was fired in the Ambassador Hotel kitchen pantry at 12:16 am PDT on June 5, 1968.

Sirhan Sirhan's new attorney, Dr. William F. Pepper, says he is quite impressed with the Van Praag and Joling findings. William Pepper says he will seek a new trial for Sirhan. He says he will also begin efforts to try to restore Sirhan's lost memory. Sirhan has always maintained that he cannot remember the Bobby Kennedy shooting. Pepper says Sirhan was hypno-programmed to fire a gun in the direction of Senator Kennedy (as Sirhan approached RFK from the front) and to then forget everything that might reveal the identities of his programmers. Pepper says Sirhan missed Robert Kennedy and that the Senator was shot by someone else: a second gunman standing behind Kennedy.

Phil Van Praag and Bob Joling presented their RFK assassination findings before the annual meeting of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences in Washington D.C. on February 21, 2008. On March 25, 2008, they likewise presented their findings in Ledyard, Connecticut before hundreds of forensic experts attending the annual Markle Symposium, sponsored by the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science. They've done a number of TV, radio, internet and print interviews since.

Shooting victim and Kennedy family friend Paul Schrade of Los Angeles is currently spearheading efforts to reopen the RFK assassination case at the local, state or federal level, based in large part on these late-breaking revelations from the Pruszynski recording.

This program nails it. Sirhan fired only 8 shots but the Pruszynski tape shows more than 8 shots were fired in the RFK assassination, PROVING A SECOND GUN WAS FIRED IN THE ASSASSINATION. The Pruszynski tape also shows at least 2 shots were fired too closely together to have come from the same gun, AGAIN PROVING A SECOND GUN WAS FIRED. Sirhan had only one gun and no ability to reload it, PROVING THE SECOND GUN WAS FIRED NOT BY SIRHAN BUT BY A SECOND GUNMAN HIDDEN SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE PANTRY.

I believe Sirahan did not kill Robert Kennedy. It was that woman wearing the polkadot dress. Because she yelled out "We Shot Kennedy!" as she left with her boyfriend. If that's true, what happened to the gun? I know where it went: She put it in Sirahan's hand (bet you any money that he wasn't one of the two shooters). Who was she? Is she still alive? I must admit, I believe that Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Ronald Reagan were all in the plot to kill RFK so that he wouldn't be President.

Lastly, Megan, it's vital that we not take your childish recommendation to "leave it at that." It's simple minds like you who would have us just accept the "official" stories offered by the authorities without question. Your British teachers have failed you, because at 18 you are unaware that we guard and keep our freedom by questioning "official" stories and by holding the authorities' feet to the fire. Secondly, Lady MacBeth never expressed dislike for Bobby or praise for Sirhan. She never stated, one way or the other, how she really felt about Bobby or the Kennedy family. Only Timetodepop expressed hatred for Bobby and the other Kennedys. But consider the source. With every note he posted, Timetodepop revealed his ignorance and mental illness. So we need not take any of his hateful or mindless comments seriously. He is so stupid that he's likely to eventually slip on a banana peel and die.

So Megan, read the following very slowly and very carefully: the Almighty does not allow any of us mere mortals the power to keep Bobby Kennedy from enjoying his eternal rest. There is nothing that you or I can say or do to disturb his soul. He is fully protected now by our Heavenly Father. So rest assurred no debate over RFK's death will bother him.
