  • Can you suggest the defenses to this. Thanks for these helpful videos.

  • he aint even turn ninety degrees, its forty five. and he clamps on the head to low, tho I am glad he mentions to not cross the legs. the leg over the head should be as far to the crown of the head as possible with out slipping off.

  • Looks like Japanese Jujutsu to me :/

  • @hairysandball basically it hyperextends your elbow

  • @hairysandball u can snap their arm if u barely bend it back enough making it one of the most efective submissions in bjj

  • @hairysandball it doesnt hurt jk jk it does

  • @wael77 any striking your opponent does with his other hand need not be regaurded, in a real fight, you wont even feel it. Which I wish I could say for your opponents broken arm.

Also, as far as eye gauging goes... if he has the presense of mind to go from trying to punch you to "quick, I'm getting my arm snapped in half in .5 seconds! GO FOR THE EYES!" just hold onto his arm you are arm barring with onearm and block his other arm with your free hand. lean over and rip his eyes out first. :D

  • @mdkvtmc your other arm out, then push your hips forward to make his legs fall to the wayside, and establish side control.

  • @bertinotti I can... this defense works great.

the arm that is getting attacked... use that hand to grab your other arms bicep. use that other arm and fish its hand behind the leg going across your face/head. now when your oppenent tries to extend his hips, and pull the arm.. he simply cannot.he has to pull your arm through your other arms for arm. it doesnt work. from here, pas the guard by turning your body and stacking him, your un threatened arm keeping pressure on the leg as you jerk...

  • comment makers: Just take a Jiu Jitsu class. Expert village... kinda sucks :/

  • @hairysandball an arm bar hurts because it bends ur elbow in the wrong direction. ur pushing the shoulder and hand down while the elbow is stuck in the middle getting pushed up to try and compensate for the force on the other ends. it hurts like crazy. my friend and i spar all the time and when he gets me in an arm bar it feels like my elbow will explode.
