In this episode Becky shows you how to cook the perfect fried egg, the baby ducks get hatched!!!, and Becky answers a viewer's question about what chicken breed lays the best eggs.
uhm your cast iron needs to get seasoned some more and a bit of sanding down on the sides. i see rust.not so nice to eat rust. the bottom is perfectly fine though, since you cook with it all the time.
no more than 2 eggs and crack the eggs in the pan cold with heat on medium dont flip em just flick oil over the top of the yolks untill desired "runnyness" achieved looks way nicer and perfect :)
I've been noticing more store bought eggs that are like a yoke in water and was wondering what was going on with those eggs?
