KHS InnoPET Blomax Serie III - Modular system

The machines equipped with 4, 6, 8 and 10 compact stations feature a holistic concept: Heating and transfer module constitute one unit. The three InnoPET Blomax machine groups with 12 and 14, 16 and 18 as well as 20 and 24 compact stations each include identical blowing wheel diameter, transfer modules and heatings. The heater boxes, mandrel carriers and blow molding stations are also modular. The linear oven is available in four sizes based on the machine performance.


Die Maschinen mit 4, 6, 8 und 10 kompakten Stationen haben ein einheitliches Konzept: Heizung und Übergabemodul bestehen aus einer Einheit. Die drei InnoPET Blomax-Maschinengruppen mit 12 und 14, 16 und 18 sowie 20 und 24 kompakten Stationen haben jeweils identische Blasraddurchmesser, Übergabemodule und Heizungen. Ebenfalls modular sind die Heizkästen, Heizungszugwagen und Blasstationen aufgebaut. Der lineare Ofen ist in vier Baugrößen lieferbar und orientiert sich an der Leistung der Maschine.
