every1 u can use the spacebar 2 hit the next fame button though u need 2 click the nxt frame button the first time ok

Please help me I don't get the real point!!! :( Whenever I try it will look like a robotic walk even though I ease! And sometimes it's like slowing then fast again and waaahhh!!!!! PLEASE HELP! I really need help! You're the only one (so far I searched) who's talking on video! and mine looks like choppy even I ease! you know what I mean? It's like fast stop motion! If only you can make a new version to help me and a running tutorial! If you helped me, I promise I will sub!!!!!!
