You know the story of the Three Wise Men of the East, and how they travelled from far away to offer their gifts at the manger-cradle in Bethlehem. But have you ever heard the story of the Other Wise Man, who also saw the star in its rising, and set out to follow it?

Always follow the Bible. It is the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth. Read the Gospels and Believe without questioning. God Bless

@novarone72 You can get it for free. It on a a DVD entitled "Stories of Christmas." There are four stories on the DVD including "The Story of the Other Wise Man." The missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints gave me a copy. It is free. Call the church where you live and they will get one to you.

I have a copy of the book. It belonged to my father's mother and she gave it to him when he was a boy. He gave it to me when I was a little girl--and I treasure it! What a precious story about a precious Saviour!

@rakilcoyne There is a multitude of truths in any religious book. It is our job to try to embrace as many as we can and stay OPEN to God to guide us...ALL....or we can continue to kill in God's name for what we personally desire; power, strength, influence, manifest destiny or from other countries extremists.. “American infidels”. All I'm saying is we can only find the answer together, across all religions, as God's children. Never believe without question.

@rakilcoyne to believe anything without question is to close your mind and your heart...to the core of what your mind and your heart is...God. Peace is the absence of thought and in that space of silence...know the breath you take is "you" feeling life, love and God. We all feel it and we are just as connected to God as anyone else.....no matter what they believe. Face it....we are wrong to believe we personally hold God's truth and anyone who disagrees is misguided.

@gthamban You should also explore the missing gospels that were omitted by previous men of government and religion for advancement of their position of power or influence. Always keep your mind open to God's word...or truth...there are many "churches" belonging to the Abraham's religions. No one man can truly in his heart believe that his own religion is 100% truthful and anyone from a different church or religion is misguided. If that were the case then we would all be wrong on some aspect.....

@lolitaphile yes you are correct, it is called The Other Wise Man, same story of Artaban but animated, it is such a terrific version of this really profound story and great for the kids. I just lost it or maybe someone borrowed it and never gave it back. I am devastated as I cant find it anywhere, not even online :( maybe they will play it on tv again this year, I have looked every year with no luck.
