@xXSyn13Xx No, it's not a hack. As he said, he made this video for views. This scene is taken in the Brightwood Tower quest, when you sleep in the bed of Garth's, and you're reverted back as a kid, with all weapons, potions, food, abilities, etc. The kid part is purely cosmetic, and within the quest only.
