Welcome to Paragon City

This is my fan tribute to a great game City of Heroes that I'm playing since its release. I wasn't aiming at writing an actual theme and tried to capture the mood and feel of the game (especially when you enter the city for the first time, fly or run with supersonic speed through the city etc.).

This is a noncommercial fan production.

The Going Rogue/Praetorian character creation music is my favorite tune in the entire game. Do you have a version of that? You can only hear it if you are launching Going Rogue or create a Praetorian.

@mellowdies31 Easily explained. The Atlas Park theme is comprised of a number of orchestral samples, taken from royalty-free loop libraries. I've got a copy of the library right here on my desk, got it for $50 a few years ago. A lot of games do this, to rapidly develop simple music.
