This is the real cost of fur

Over seven months, 30 fur farms, seven hours of footage and one and a half thousand photographs, Animal Defenders International investigated a random sample of Finnish fur farms, many actually certified by the Finnish government. Finland was selected as it is one of the major fur suppliers to the global fashion industry, providing up to 41.55% of the fox and 3.74% of the mink fur utilised by the world's major fashion houses. This investigation is a wake-up call for the designers who choose to use fur.

Fur is an unethical product and designers who wish to use it in their collections, or those who wear it, must take responsibility for the way that their product has been produced.
