Total Body Fat Blast Workout

Jump Rope - 5-10- minutes
Walking Lunge - 25 on each leg
Walking Side Squat - 25 on each side
Spider Push-Up - 25 reps
Barbell Jump Squat - 25 reps
Barbell Step Up - 25 reps on each leg
One Legged Triceps Dips - 25 reps
Bench leg switch (lower abs) - 30 seconds
Push Up with your legs elivated - 25 reps
Walking Lunge with Barbell Press - 25 reps on each leg

  • Awesome Natalia, awesome. I train women in what I call Circuit Training, and it's very similar to your training. Working muscles with compound exercises combining with jumping rope and many others to keep heart ratio between aerobical and anaerobical. I mean it's specifically anaerobical, but the volume of the session is aerobical, do I explain myself? The most burning fat system. You also keep burning after you finished!
