Awesome Natalia, awesome. I train women in what I call Circuit Training, and it's very similar to your training. Working muscles with compound exercises combining with jumping rope and many others to keep heart ratio between aerobical and anaerobical. I mean it's specifically anaerobical, but the volume of the session is aerobical, do I explain myself? The most burning fat system. You also keep burning after you finished!

hi from mexico!!! i like your body, and i whis if you could help me!! i had a cesarea operation in february 2011, and i start to go gym about 5 months but i dont see any change in my abdomen, i whis i could look like you but i have localized fat in my abdomen, pliss help me, i only do 1 hour every day of lift weight!! kisss thanks

o god now she's showing off lol. only if i could do jump rope i would. imma try this work out and question. Do you recommend anything to drink to replenish your energy besides Gatorade and Powerade?
