How long are you gonna THINK about losing weight before you actually DO something about it? Thinking is NOT the same as DOING. Stop "Thinking" about it and actually get up of the couch/chair and DO something. Watching videos for inspiration is great, but until you start making changes in your own life your weight will either stay the same or keep climbing. "My weight Isn't THAT bad" you say?" Yeah...I used to think the same thing. Listen to the excuses I used to tell myself and see if they sound familiar. These are the confessions of a former big dude and I'm STILL on my weight loss journey. Stop making excuses and DO IT!!

  • You cant be playing a hard jam like this and think I can pay attention!!! You got me jamming! My thinking became an action when my dr. told me that I was killing myself with a fork. I HAD to do something!!! GREAT video! Great job with your progression! Truly inspirational!

  • that is an awesome vid. I am on day 5 of power90 and its really hard work but i am enjoying it. I am determined to stick with it to the end. I have 60pounds to lose......... I am determined to make healthy living a lifestyle and I want to lose this weight healthily once and for all. All tips are welcome. I am currently also working on building lifelong healthy eating (planning fun meals - it doesnt have to be boring). I subbed to your channel. You are an inspiration. THANK YOU!!

  • @frobellette Thanks and congrats on starting Power 90! It is hard work, but at least you're losing weight the right way by eating right and exercising. You're absolutely right: Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. Great attitude!

  • @JestingJill Baby Making Music huh? lmao...was just trying to play something smooth in the background, haha....haven't seen that vid yet but I'll check it out today. It's true that everyone goes about losing weight differently, but some people seem to think it's going to magically happen....it's funny how we can see the potential and greatness in others, but we can't always realize the things we're capable of. Thanks for the comments Jill!

  • wow thts really inspiring :D and does actually motivates me alot i just need to lose a few kg like at abt 10-20 which is aprox 23-46 pounds :P gotta be more strict on my excersiing and gym timing :P

  • Im about to do p90 for the first time primary to get in shape more then to lose weight. Although Ill need to do a little of that as well. Anyway, my question is I already went shopping prior to getting p90 and did not get any of the nutritional items that are required. Should I wait until I can get those items and begin using it before starting the work out program?

    Just wanted to say thanks for posting this video. For the first time I felt like I could relate to someone. I just finished my 2nd day of Power 90 and I'm feeling good already. Also thanks for the tip on the difference between P90 and P90x. Keep up the good work.

  • Haha, I am actually thinking about purchasing the P90-workout. I found your channel and now I'll probably buy the DVDs. Some weeks ago, I started with Lose It! and the program is great but I need to exercise more, hence I looked for a program that would suit me. You are very inspirational. I'm sick of thinking to lose weight. I wanna do it! Thanks so much!

  • Heartfelt man...I fell off my P90 Wagon for about 3 weeks now (after 4 weeks thanks to school homework taking up my time). I squeeze in some push ups here and there just to see where I am at. Good news is that I can squeeze off 10 reps of standard push ups. When I first started I couldn't even do 2 and had to do the rest on my knees. So tomorrow is my day to start up where I left off. The eating part absolutely kills me because every day is a damn dillema for eating choices (family too).
