(RECAP) Selena moved from Texas to California and everything is new to her. On her first day of school, she met a new boy named Justin who she thought was georgous. But he has girlfriend. So the drama begins.


Selena's POV

Throughout the entire first period, I couldn't help but stare at him. When I said he was georgous, I wasn't kidding. His face was so perfect, it made me look so trashy. At some points during class, I'd catch him staring at me too. How crazy is it that I already have a crush on my first day of school in my 1st period. Insane!

-The bell rings-

Justin: Hey, Selena, what class do you have next?
Selena: Umm...chemistry.
Justin: Who's your teacher?
Selena: Mrs. Gonzales.
Justin: Me too! That's crazy! I'll walk with you...if that's okay?
Selena: I would love that. It's nice to have a friend on the first day.
Justin: It sure is. Well, hey, let me say bye to my girlfriend really quick and we'll go. Kay.

The word "girlfriend" made me shutter

Selena: Kay.

He walked over to his girlfriend and he told her bye. But she didn't leave him so easily. They started talking, but I couldn't understand what they were saying. Then, all of a sudden, I see them both walking towards me

Justin: Hey, Selena, my girlfriend wanted to meet you. Selena, this is my girlfriend Miley. Miley, this is Selena.
Selena: Hi...

I held out my hand. She stared at me ugly for about 5 seconds, but then held out her hand and smiled

Miley: Hi. Oh my gosh, I love your neckless!
Selena: Really? Thank you!
Miley: Where did you get it?

She looks at Justin

Miley: Babe, can you give us a moment alone?
Justin: Sure, I'ma go get some water. Be right back...

He left. Miley's smile disapeared right away

Selena: I got my neckless from-

She interrupted me

Miley: Listen, I noticed that you were flirting with my boyfriend earlier. But since it's your first day, I'll send you off with a warning. Stay away from him. He's taken. And that's that. You understand me?

Selena: Okay look, just because I'm new here doesn't make me scared of you. I wasn't planning on doing anything with your boyfriend. He's my first friend and that's all he'll ever be. So do me a favor and get out of my face. The whole "trying to scare me" thing wasn't working from the start. Got it?

Miley: You sure are confident on your first day. I wouldn't mess with me if I were you.
Selena: This is my first day. You don't know me at all. If I were you, I wouldn't mess with me either.

Justin came back and kissed his girlfriend goodbye. Then we were off to class*

Selena: Miley sure is special, isn't she?
Justin: She's awesome. Just don't get on her bad side.
Selena: I'd rather her not get on my bad side either.
Justin: Wow! You're a tough girl, aren't you?

Selena: I could be, but that's not who I wanna be. I'm really a nice girl. My bad side has only came out once back in Texas. Everyone saw the fight and they now all know not to mess with me..

Justin: I'm really glad I met you.
Selena: Me too...
