Pateient had loose dentures on the top and loose teeth on the bottom. Patient had 5 mini implants placed to restore funtion to her upper denture and a mini implant to restore a missing lower tooth. Patient now has a hard time removing upper denture. She no longer uses any type of adhsive ie polygrip, efergrip, seabond, fixadent, etc...

  • @2710Pocahontas The finished product was her existing denture. We also made her a spare denture. The reason for having a spare, is that now that the denture is not slipping, the forces exerted are allot greater. Therefore, the probability of breakage is higher. If this were to occur the patient doesn't skip a beat they drop off the broken one in the morning, they leave with the spare and the repaired one is delivered in the afternoon.

  • No meds stronger than Motrin. She is tough though.
