Many nations have more than 60 Ethnic groups. However, Their Ethnic groups are not joined by force. They are free to speech, free to protect their heritate culture & language, freedom of religion, and have full & complete & real human rights. They can criticize/change their government by vote/media/internet without fear. Any Ethnic group around the world that does not have real & complete human right such as Tibet, should declare Independent, should give their blood for their next generation.

If evil such as Stalin, Hitler, Mao, communists come to you and say they are good now, they promise never do bad act, never kill any one, doubt it because their evil nature may return at any time.
It is the same as where tsunami, earthquake, flood had destroyed everything, It will happend again.

"Chinese killed 1.200.000 tibetan since 1950 because Tibetan bad acts in 6th century" * "Japanese killed 350,000 Chinese at Nanjing because Chinese bad acts in the 9th Century and Vietnam enslaved 1000 years for China" And later in 2020 "Atomic/Chemical/bio/dirty unabomber will kill 3 billion Chinese because Chinese bad act today, the last evil communist"
