Land Rover ambassador Zara Phillips is the first person to take delivery of a new Range Rover Evoque. Ms Phillips took delivery of her 5-door Stornaway Grey Evoque at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials.
With over 60 vehicles in action at Burghley this year, it was fitting that the first Evoque handover took place here.

Why not take a look at the D4_WN5 from RaBe Race Cars - it's made quite a splash in the media though they spend most of their time calling it an Evoque and forgetting what's underneath - it'll take on the Dakar in 2013 so pop over to our place on youtube and see if you think it has the looks, breeding and horsepower too! Good job Burghley, enjoy the event every year!!

@MrChocolatenob The evoque is quite environmentally friendly actually (58 mpg for the diesel and 28 mpg for the gasoline). and also has very good BRAKING (hopefully your children learn vocabulary better than you have), as said by many reviewers, which gave its performance abilities a thumbs up. I'm sorry that life is not fair for you, but jealousy is crass.

Fantastic. I am SO happy for my hard earned tax which is normally spent on BORING schools and hospitals. To go towards, this clearly VERY deserving lady to drive around her horses in her big new un-environmentally friendly Land-Rover. I only wish that when's she's driving it around on the city streets choking my children's lungs with it's fumes that they maybe lucky enough to bear witness to it's poor breaking distance, and get run over by her. THAT'LL BE THE DAY!!
