  • @KayyKayy9513 When you exert your muscles more than is normal, you make tiny tears in the muscle tissue, which, when repaired, grow back stronger and stronger, à la bodybuilders and athletes. :) So technically your thighs have been "ripped" tehehe. Just be careful not to pull or strain a muscle!

  • Hi! Can someone tell me why our muscles begin to hurt after exercise? I just started a new job that requires a lot of bending and my thighs feel like they've been ripped out and put back in.. ah if it means better legs then I can handle it :)

    HAHAH dude exactly the same! I did ALOT of squats and then went jogging, my thigh muscles are so sore that it hurts when I try to sit down and stand up.
