Day 1 of learning Adobe After Effects CS4, I made this for your entertain.
I draw the puppet and other items by hand, took photo of them, traced them, then put it in AE, and mainly just using the puppet pin to drag the joints around.
17 layers, and tons of dragging around... It's fun.
