Day 56 of my 60 day water fast. I'm down from 190lbs to 143 after 56 days of fasting. 5 tips while fasting: drink distilled and/or filtered tap water no mineral water. Take MSM for any body aches or headaches, I take 1500mg 3 times daily whether fasting or not. It helps the body work better. Weekly weights ONLY. Prizes for continuing my fast of course non-food related. More showers/baths the toxins are coming out through the pores of your skin as well as other routes. So, you may be more smelly than usual. Take extra deodorant, and baby wipes to work or out with you. You don't have to be fasting to email me.. lolalovs2snack@gmail.com

  • @Aloebunny MSM is a naturally occurring organic sulfur. aka a supplement. I take it for aches and pains like motrin. Its also GREAT for your hair:-)

  • How is your skin looking? Is it firm? Lots of us would like to know.  Don't you think the MSM helps the skin tone?

  • @eckleburg22 I have GREAT skin( thank God, good genes). My skin snapped back I think the trampoline helps with your skin as well. And of course the MSM is great for your skin/hair as well.

  • @GingerJemmy You do realize day 56 is 4 days before 60... I didn't see the point to making a video 4 days later. I actually fasted for 79 days. It was fantastic:-)

  • @SwaggerSoSexy84 lol..I bounce because that's is what helped get the weight off. And its fun, staying still is what got me FAT!!! If you wanna lose weight get MOVING don't stay still:-)
