-=8th Upload=- Alien Soldier (Mega Drive) Example Play

HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE EIGHTH TIME I'VE TRIED TO UPLOAD THIS VIDEO. YOUTUBE DOES NOT WANT ME TO UPLOAD THIS!!

It worked ONCE before this upload, but YouTube for some reason cut the video down from 15:29 to 4:10. WTF!!

*Ahem*

Not a full playthrough. Just a video to show this amazing game by Treasure. I do die.

Which brings me to my next point: Radiant Silvergun sucks. This is Treasure's shining moment. Seriously, this game friggin' RULES, and sadly is overlooked by everyone.

I grew up with this game. One of my all time favourites, and always one of the first I recommend to new Mega Drive players. Not because I'm biased towards Treasure either.

1) I haven't played this since I was a kid. (About 7 years now)
2) I had to use a keyboard.

Ah yes, Alien Soldier. What a game to show off the MD/Gen, especially now that I got the RGB cable.

I remember it was so hard to get comfortable with the game, but when I got to grips with the controls I was slaying. I managed to get to level 22 on Superhard before running out of time and I never managed to better that. Perhaps someday I will.

I never played Radiant Silvergun (I liked Ikaruga though), and I still want to, even though you say it sucks.

Wow! You actually caught this during the one minute it was up! For some odd reason YouTube didn't upload the full video, so I'm reuploading it in a bit. I set this to private for the meantime.

Stage 22?! Pfft! Nice dude! That's actually further than I've ever made it! I only made it to Seven Force.

Ikaruga is different from RSG. I actually like Ikaruga. Radiant Silvergun is a mediocre title that has too much value tacked to it. It starts great but gets boring fast.
