Sounds like you have arrived at a deep, dark place on your journey. You both have to be totally committed to this process or it will never work. All relationships go through upheaval and to sponsor somebody you have to be ready to take on a huge responsibility. If he is threatening to abandon you and go back to Peru it could be he is scared and needs love, or it could be he is not ready to step up and be committed. BE CAREFUL!!!

I am glad that this information has helped you - that is my goal! After 15 years in immigration I have seen alot - sometimes too much - and believe that it helps people and USCIS to have immigrants and their families prepared for their interivews.

What if all i have is actual fotos or pictures on facebook? What if they got deleated on my phone? He is w an expired work visa, been here 4 years at least, married me after 2 months knowing me and ever sense then threatens to abandon me and go back to Peru? Im deppresed over this because i do not believe he really loved me. The issue is very little money to process anything. Dont know what to do. I thought he loved me,but feel very fooled.
