Max Henry 2009

Well, 2009 has been quite the year for me. Unfortunately, I missed quite a bit of training at the beginning of the year (about 4 months) due to a severe muscle strain in my back. But since then I've recovered and I'm stronger for it. This year has seen some interesting things. I've participated in a documentary on parkour (although that was actually last year; this year I finally managed to get my hands on the footage), started classes here on Long Island, and performed at the New York City Center in Manhattan for the America Dances! benefit. I also traveled the country training in a bunch of places and meeting up with lots of awesome people. So thank you to...
