@MrNickelCobalt No way, man. The fact was given by some specialists actually in 2001, before the New York events. They were comparing this as****e with Clinton, whos IQ is around 140. Just look all the stupidities Bush has gone into (Michael Moore says it, not me) and stop thinking this guy is something more than a complete ass.
