In Kaluga Research Institute of Radio Engineering which is a part of the public corporation Rostekhnologii they know how to break through the supposed enemys anti-missile defence. The Research Institute is a leading developer of aircraft aids of electronic countermeasures. During the flight smart automatics imitates another targets and creates clutter thereby making the airplane invisible. The equipments secret is in its special setting. It is adjusted by means of a compact anechoic chamber which absorbs radiation out of the surrounding airspace.
