Israel continues to bombard Gaza - 01 Mar 08

A fourth day of aerial bombardment by Israeli aircraft is now being backed up now by ground forces making their deepest incursion into Gaza since 2005.

The chief negotiator for the Palestinians says any hope for the peace talks now lies buried in the rubble of Gaza.

More than 80 people - women and children among them - have been killed over the past four days, and international condemnation remains muted.

On May 15 next year, Palestinians will commemorate 63 years of Israeli apartheid and racism including continued ethnic cleansing and decades of military occupation. The central Zionist dilemma was they wanted to create a predominantly Jewish state in an area which was overwhelmingly not Jewish in 1906 there were 700,000 Arabs, 55,000 Jews and even of those 55,000 Jews only a handful were Zionists.

@UltimateSheepz We should have made peace 30 years ago. Now it's too late unless an American president takes control of things. Palestinians hate Israelis and wont make peace. And I don't blame them, because there are different types of jews and Israelis. The right-winged Israeli politicians took control of the government. Now the religious jews say that all of the holy land should be ours, and won't make peace. I don't want to talk about this anymore. This is a waste of time for both of us.

@UltimateSheepz I got that information because I lived in Israel for 8 years. How would you know anything about Palestine? The media brainwashed you into thinking that Israelis use palestinians as human shields. It's how they make their money. By making Israel the enemy. They have their own country. I do not know where you got that information but just so you know, Israel occupies ALL Palestinian land, no land in Palestine is governed by the Palestinians themselves. Palestinians were also expelled from the lands they lived on and exiled to other Arabian nations. They have no land.

@UltimateSheepz This isn't your fight. Go back to Ireland. Were you ever in the Gaza strip or in Palestine? I was, and it is not even close to how the media makes it look like. Palestine is its own country now. They can get their own gas masks. We beat them in the fucking war. We gave them back their land. All we said was that they cant bring weapons to their country. I ask for all palestinians to stop complaining and be happy they still have some of their land.
