@magnusm4 open "setup" first, test options and find something that works. If you are using dosbox the forums have the settings you would need to play sound properly.

Three tips for anyne who decide to play through this excellent game. 1: Save often, as you can see in this LP, It´s really easy to die FAST in this game... 2: Smash the enemy corpses, they often contains intestines, that will increase your life... 3: Try to make an effort to find the secrets. There are a lot of them at each level and they often contains considerable quantities of useful items that will make the seemingly very hard levels become quite easier...
