@blaqburd its possible but very difficult.....i got it finally after 10-15 tries. there is a simpler way to do it, win normally twice third time jump off the roof instead of running all the way. once you fall to the ground, run with full speed.....YOULL REACH BEFORE HIM!!

hey guys could you help me?! every time I win this it doesn't count and I have to start all over again any ideas what might be wrong?

If you want to be cheap on this mission. Just run of rooftop to left at start and tank the lost health . Grap the flag then go left and into water. He cant come in water. Come out of water opposite side from the chaser and climb immediately. On the last round he will probably get the flag first. Just position urself to make tackle and take it back once he gets it and turns. Cheap but it works :)
