After looking at what the JPN PSN store had I just blew my load all over everywhere. (In laymens terms: Thanks for info!) You could of stopped once you put in the Address number and verified it then continued with the rest.

very helpfull dude been meaning to do this for 3 years and incase any1 is wondering you dont need the dash in the zip code, mine worked fine without :)

@thecripplewhoiswhole yeah, the Japanese store is still having trouble since the PSN outage, just give it some time, I'm sure it will be up soon!
