Hi, Bob. Today I saw you singing in the video from Kindlings fest, and enjoyed it very much. So I looked for more stuff from you. I like your songs so much. God bless you

Hi, Bob. Please, would you consider uploading "Matters of the Heart" since it's so closely tied into this song?

What a sham Christian music has become, in comparison to this. Way too much thinking for these days.

You go, Bob.

You can find the Non-Fiction album on Bob's website it has Saviour of the world on it. It is a digital download. I had been looking for it for a long long time. Non Fiction is one of the greatest CCM albums of ALL time.

I used to play this over and over in the 80s as a young Christian! Been searching for it for ages. So glad to find it today. Bob, I love your music!

Please might it be possible for you to post "Saviour of the World?" The song connects, on many levels: tone, rhythm, pulse, music, message. I used to play it repeatedly, praying the lyric. My only copy was a well worn cassette. But it was lost in a move. I cannot find a CD copy to purchase. So, please, if you post it here, it would be a Blessing, I'm sure, to many parched souls. (Oh Saviour of the world; change my heart...change my mind...Do You think that You could change my mind.....?)
where can i find ,' hand of kindness' i think...

@jdhondaeightball -- "Hand of Kindness" is on my 1997 album SMALL GRACES ... exclusively available from my web site (CD only) ... look at triple-W DOT bob DASH/HYPHEN bennett DOT com. (If that's too oblique, just Google my name and music and that should do the trick.)

Phil Keaggy, guitar is good also; Jimi Hendricks said he is one of the best that ever was on guitar.
check it out

@sparkle88ify -- The Hendrix thing is a VERY persistent urban legend. (See Phil's Wikipedia entry.) As you say, he is a masterful player ... and a longtime friend.

Thanks so much for stopping by to view this little artifact. When we cut the song on the album "Matters of the Heart" we edited two pieces together. The "fingerstyle" part was in the same key (E), but with a capo on the second fret. The second part in regular tuning. In concert, I had to figure out a way to do it all without a capo and this was the result. 1982 was a lifetime ago. I'm happy I have some of this archival stuff to show to my kids (and, hopefully one of these days, grandkids).
