The brutal military regime in Burma uses the money it earns from tourism to maintain its stranglehold over the population. You can help to destabilise the regime if you deny them this support. Please do not travel in Burma. Foreign travel companies must be held accountable when they encourage foreigners to go to Burma. Please do NOT support these companies.

Nice Burmese song. I cant believe u went there after the blood shed in september. Burma isnt safe. Another revolution can break out anytime. People are very angry at the government. As shown in your video, people are very poor and they want to catch up with the world. But the SPDC is in their way.

Myanmar is one of the most impressive and beautiful countries I ever visited. People are very friendly. They truly involved in Buddhism which forbids to make harm to any living creature. They are honest and you can trust them. Up to my mind it's one of the best countries for a tourist. Use small family reastaurants and dont make photos of military people and British Embassy in Yangon and you will be safe and happy.
