Devin Fox & Ark Music Factory completely rip off Taio Cruz' "Dynamite"

Please watch the video all the way through. This is not a mashup or remix. I simple put one video over the other in final cut pro. After editing out 5 or 6 seconds from each song they completely matched up. I knew there was a reason this song sounded so familiar. Taio Cruz is a very talented artist who wrote, "Dynamite", but it seems to have been completely lifted by the Ark Music Factory with, "Hooked on You", by Devin Fox.

Ark Music Factory is the company behind Rebecca Blacks infamously horrible, "Friday", video and now it seems they have sunk to a new low of completely ripping off another artist.

I do not own any of this music. It is being used under US Fair Use Law ONLY for criticism, commentary and teaching. All music belongs to its respective publisher and licenser.
