Yes, it is a second layer :) I use Mask Generator and Glow effects. I think the Sony Vegas version are diffrent and have diffrent effects Am I right ? ;)

I think so, but which version do you use?

So i think of course there are differents between Vegas 8 and 9, but even the tutorial from sony for 9 is made with 8, so they cant be big. =)
