Medellín, Colombia's second largest city, is a favorite amongst visitors to Colombia due to its amazing scenery, friendly people, and surprising number of sights to see throughout the city.

  • Well, I heard vallenato pretty much everywhere I went in Colombia, including Medellin, so I thought it would fit well in the video. Plus I really like it, so I tried to use it as much as possible.

  • Good video, except for the annoying and noisy "music"

  • well i think you did great job, but i would have included el parque lleras where a lot of tourists go party and have a good time and also la piedra del penol where theres a lot of water sports and ofcourse the beautiful women and during august which is the best time to be there the feria de las flores and las cabalgatas.

  • brother vallenato is´n from medellin music. that music is from the north colombian zone like caribean region. medellin is in andina region. our representative music could be "carrilera" check the artist "octavio mesa" he is one of the most representative music from this area. but your traveler work is soo good i enjoyed this video. cool and you are always welcome.

  • @jbwhitebird idiot??? dipshit?? white stupid american, we produce coke you consume it in the usa, thanks.

  • hahaha coke and muggers

  • hello, im going to Medellin in december. when i tell people that they immediately tell me about how unsafe it is. this video makes me feel positive about my trip. I would like to hear about it from people have have been there, and even some good places to visit during my stay

  • @LookToTheOutside I just like vallenato, thought it worked. Yeah, the gardens were fun.

  • Great guide, I also liked your travel guide about Cartagena and Bogotá. I would have also mentioned the beautiful surrounding mountain scenery from Rio Negro and nearby "oriente", the scenery there is simply beautiful and you get to taste true "paisa" culture, the proud characteristic of the people from Antioquia (the dept where Medell'in is located). I just visited this city for the 1st time, I enyojed very much, except the chaotic city traffic during this "festival de flores" carnaval.
