GINA is single, lives alone and rarely dates. She has a job at a small loan office, a few friends and a brother named Joey. She also has a past. As a child Gina watched her parents die, gunned down by a low level crime boss with something to prove. Too young to do anything at the time Gina now lives in the shadow of regret... and the shadow of something else, an alter ego who goes by the name Grace. Grace is calm under fire, tough as they come and gets things done, the hard way. One night, after work, Gina witnesses the murder of a high ranking government official and is forced into hiding as the killers hunt her down. With her family and friends in danger Gina shrinks away into the dark and steps back into the light as Grace, The Hard Way!
