Give us a break, Tara! Obama has been interviewing to be President for at least 2 years. He debated Clinton 19 times! He's given tons of interviews, including Bill O'Reilly who tried his hardest to shake him and throw him off. He sits on the senate foreign relations committee. If you haven't been able to figure out that he knows quite a bit about foreign policy issues from listening to him in all the debates and interviews, then you are an idiot.
