I don't know. I have a hard time having any pity for Ryan here considering Honda v.s. Ken isn't even a bad match for Ken.
He felt he couldn't win that matchup without picking Sagat, if you are going to be like that just pick Sagat from the start. Don't pussy foot around the issue by pretending you aren't exactly like every other Sagat player in the world.

I feel bad for both players here, on one hand you have a Honda player who falls victim to a bad matchup and on the other you have a guy who feels the NEED to pick Sagat, its been a long fall for Ken from 3rd Strike.
Ryan Hart did a podcast on gooteck*dot*com the other day and he talks about Sagat and tiers in SF4, don't judge him from this match, listen to the podcast and I think you'll agree with a lot of what he says.
Kinda wish he would stick with Ken though, I hate the guy but damn . . .

Exactly. If not for Sagat's very needless HP/Stun boosts, he'd have lost here. The Honda player, in my opinion, was working twice as hard for half the output.
Capcom sucks for making Sagat like this.

hes trying to main Ken, even though his best characters are probably C. Viper and Dhalsim... his Ken's not bad at all either though. with the exception of a couple Korean and Japanese ken players, he has the best one ive seen...
