Mogomotsi "Supreme" Mfalapitsa, a senior transformation agent at EngenderHealth in South Africa, works to reduce both HIV and gender inequality. He performed this original song about HIV and safe sex at the Mexico YouthForce pre-conference just before the 2008 International AIDS Conference. The video was filmed by Marius Juel Hovland. As Supreme says, "I am passionate about music being used to send positive messages and creating change in people's lives." It's especially appropriate for World AIDS Day.

Beautiful work and soul. I'm sure you've seen a lot of pain as your work inspires, educates & transforms stigma. Much love to S. Africa and all of humanity. I hope there's a cure for HIV/AIDS on the horizon soon.

To control HIV and prevent the spread of the virus it is important to raise more awareness and give free medical treatments for all people - especially for people with HIV in Africa.
