yawn. after all the shit sammy talks about VH and how superior chickenfoot is, his own music can't hold a candle to the stuff on the new VH album. great musicians in their own repective talents, just can't write interesting music together, sad to say. very disappointing turnout from this band.

I finally just ordered both Chickenfoot disks this week. I'm hoping they will grow on me because I really do love Hagar and Anthony. So far just jumping around these tracks on YouTube for sometime I'm not that impressed. At least ill always have 5150/0U812/FUCK/Balance.

Doesn't the verse chords sound very much like Bad Company's 'Wishing Well'? This what I don't get about Chickenfoot. They sound like left overs, nothing new, certainly sound dated! This sounds like a B Grade soundtrack movie song or something. Thats the big difference with VH you can't compare them anyone except VH themselves. Same as Led Zep. And to think of it Sam saying that CHickenfoot is like Led Zep WTF?!! Led Zep & VH are untouchable lets leave it at that.

I find Chickenfoot to be disappointing. I was expecting much more. I think Black Country Communion succeeds more in creating an old school rock supergroup. That being said, Chickenfoot III seems tighter than the first.
