If you want to change policy, then removing the gay card is needed. Many marriage policies were created to protect the children in those relationships. But I am all for allowing people to choose where their benefits go, but strick policies must be kept to keep the children from be left behind.. I wish you luck.

I think what you are saying is that the language should be rendered as gender and preference neutral across the board, in order to stay any bias. That is a good policy to start with I guess. Thank you for the good luck part. Perpetual war has bled us out. Since 1945 we have fought nothing but undeclared wars, and have established, leased, or are allowed usage of over 700 military bases world wide. This costs is not sustainable.
