In ICC testing during the champions trophy in england 99% of all bowlers had bent arms while delivering. McGrath 14, Lee 12 Gillespie 10. Murali had 9 which was over the 5 degree rule they had for spinners. The only bowler in the test to have 0 was Ramnaresh Sarwan. Now tell me. How does that make the rule change FOR murali?
