Belarus cracks down on clapping protest

Belarus riot police cracked down on a protest rally against President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk, detaining almost 300 demonstrators.

Hundreds of people protested in the Belarussian capital against the government's iron fist rule and thec ountry's on-going economic hardships.

Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Minsk.

One thing's certain. Today's protesters didn't just fall from the sky. These protesters were raised, grown, fertilized, cultivated from the womb of society. So you can't arrest them unless you stop production. Now what do you think drives this production? Greed > born from a Godless string of nuts who think the growth is the problem.
