how can a record of 13 seconds mean that you can do 24.9. 13x2 = 26. Therefore, you are either lying or had the worst ever timekeeper timing you.

i run 11.8 and i just turned 14, but i guess it doesnt count since im black.

@toshiba8318 well your right about the shoes and stuff but the guy at the end of the relay can run 100- 11.83 seconds. I'm not here to argue with you.
