I am hating it.I am on day 4 because I cheated on day 2 and started over..I HATE it.

That stuff taste like lemonade? I could drink 6 cups of lemonade without being thirsty..lol U can do it, just close your eyes and swallow. dont forget to exercise.

It tastes like hot sour lemonade.The taste is not bad,but the tea and the salt water flush are awful.

Thanks I actually got the info already from InShapeFor08, I bought my stuff for this cleanse today and I will be starting tomorrow. I even bought a sauna suit to exercise in during the cleanse.

Any way hows it going for you since you started this cleanse are you enjoying your results?

Its a fast of lemons,maple syrup and cayenne pepper.That's all that you drink for 10-40 days..Its supposed to cleanse your body and you might loose weight as well.
