I love polar bear. Some are at the central part zoo across the street from me. I have visited them a few times.

I love your idea. But money is always a thing that gets in the way of excellent ideas. Like the one you have.

I mean. The cost of materials alone for a massive custom mad-made island is well into the multi-million and from there the insurance cost - attorney fees - labor costs as an overall etc etc etc all always in a major factor.
