I hope you all had a great time at the Variety of Chefs Ball on Saturday evening and thanks again for supporting Variety to help kids in need, like my son Eamonn.

Thanks to your support, Variety raised over $70,000 on the night. An outstanding effort !

I know how lucky we were to have Variety's support and as I mentioned on the night, my one wish is that you can help others like us.
