It's always been a secret little dream of mine to turn my artwork into games. Now that the mobile platforms have become so much more accessible I would love to bring this pudgy little explorer to life from a highly popular illustration titled, "The Departure." http://www.rawtoastdesign.com/illustr...

It will be a jumping, adventure game of sorts that will send the main character on a journey through the sky/universe, hopping from balloon to balloon as he dodges bad guys, collects power-ups and gems, and propels himself closer to his new home in outer space.

The 3K goal will get the basics taken care of and anything over that will just help make it that much more awesome and unique.

The higher the amount pledged the more cool stuff we'll be able to pack in, more options, black magic, extra characters, custom features, you name it. Things like gps based gameplay with weather matching. So if the sun is shining where you are, it will be in the game too...same for rain, snow, daytime and nighttime.

Something else I would like to add is multiplayer racing functionality as well so you can connect with your friends over wifi and race each other to the top as you bounce through the skies together.

Any donation is really appreciated. I've tried to include a bunch of cool reward packages for all of you.

Everyone who participates will be honored and acknowledged in the credits for sure. I have signed prints of The Departure artwork that is the inspiration for the game to give away. Opportunities to collaborate on the game with me and get a designer credit on the game. You can even be in the game... or own your very own blimp to advertise your company on in the game too!

Shipping is included to any of the donors here in the United States, if you will require international shipping please include an extra $5 (North America) to $10 (everywhere else) for shipping depending on your location.

Even if you can't afford to help fund this game, please tell your friends about it. Use Twitter, Facebook, and all of the other fun social media outlets out there to spread the word about this Kickstarter project.
