You heared everything in the Piece. VERY great work of transcribing.

I play the album : Mellow Mood.
And I love it.
I've recorded the whole trio in Cubase and sometimes I dream of being a genius.

Admirable playing. I agree, I don't usually like transcriptions, but this was like Horowitz performing Chopin, it definitely added something to the music and as a version of the song.

I've always wanted to transcribe a solo piano piece but it is quite a daunting task. Do you write down the notes, and if so, how do you write down the more freely played passages?
That would really help me! Thanks in advance.

I write the free parts like cadenza bars, they look like a liszt work, for example the hungarian rhapsodies.

To transcribe an arrangement like that clearly is a skill in its own right. You must have exceptional listening skills. I assume that you transcribed it. If you didn't and you read someones elses transcription work then great reading skills. Some very clever work allround. I enjoyed it. Great stuff!!
